East Coast Yoga Retreat - Hempstead, NY - June 1-3, 2012 (Actual location TBA)



$775 single occupancy / $675 per person double occupancy

The 3 day/2 night retreat package includes the following:

  • 2 nights of lodging (Fri/Sat)
  • Dinner on Friday
  • Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner on Saturday
  • Breakfast and Lunch on Sunday
  • Snacks throughout the stay
  • All officially scheduled activities (Yoga, etc.)

7:30-9:00—Sacred Movement (Dance) or chanting
9:00-10:00—Free time
10:00—Bed

Saturday
7:30-8:30—Breakfast
9:00-10:30—Yoga practice
10:30-12:00—Free time
12:00-1:00—Lunch
1:00-3:30—Free time
3:30-5:00—Yoga practice
5:00-6:00—Free time
6:00-9:00—Sunset Picnic Dinner at the Beach (possible bonfire...and other shenanigans!)
9:00-10:00—Free time
10:00—Bed

Sunday
8:00-9:30—Breakfast
9:30-11:30—Yoga practice
11:30-12:30—Closing circle
12:30-1:30—Pack
1:30-3:30—Going out for a Mystery Brunch and Big Love Send Off
3:30—Departure

The retreat site will have some great amenities available, including a swimming pool, tennis courts, and outdoor walking areas. (PLEASE NOTE: Make plans to bring your own swimwear, tennis racquets and balls.)

The cost for all of the above is $775 for a single room or $675 per person for double (Healing Heart staff will make room assignments unless a sharing preference is otherwise requested and pre-arranged).

Please note that transportation is not included, but the site has convenient public transportation from both JFK and LaGuardia International Airports.

  • If you need to cancel for any reason AFTER 60 days of your payment, all assessed PayPal fees will be deducted from your payment before the balance is returned.

While we do everything we can to avoid cancellation of our retreats, should Hudson be required elsewhere, FULL refunds of retreat payments will be made to all participants.
